Chaplaincy - Pastoring Your Community

Chaplaincy is currently experiencing large growth in both the traditional roles and in new innovative spheres of influence. In a hi-tech, low-touch world it is welcoming to know that men and women from all walks of life are connecting the goodness, compassion and mercy of Christ within their communities in positive and constructive ways through Chaplaincy.

  • Chaplaincy is unique. It holds no memory, no bias. It gets dirty, often facing the issues many cannot and do not wish to face. It has it's life in people. And connects in way that very few have experienced.
  • And as a ministry, it's approachable. Not every Chaplain or Chaplaincy Team member is an ordained minister. Nor is it, in most cases a full time or paid vocation.
