Ralph has been the National Director and CEO of Chaplaincy Australia since 2013. 

With a background in Pastoral Ministry, Hospital Chaplaincy, Military Chaplaincy, Training and Senior Leadership, he brings real-world experience and understanding to the role.  

He leads an amazing national team, overseeing the work of Chaplains across 26 Sectors of the Australian community.  Whether it is encouraging people to engage in chaplaincy, giving them world class training for the task, opening doors of opportunity or supporting them throughout their careers – Chaplaincy Australia is raising an army of helpful humans!
