VALUES AND CORE BELIEFS
Hosted by CA QLD this PD workshop will focus on assisting people to unpack their values and core beliefs for long-term well-being and work/ ministry satisfaction.
Included in this Training:
• Ministering to clients from a perspective of understanding their core values and beliefs.
• Exploring how having greater awareness of values might enable healthier recognition and management of stress
• Considering how values promote pathways for long term wellbeing and work/ministry satisfaction.
• Consider the usefulness of understanding how values affect conflict
• Offering approaches for using values as a foundation for finding ways toward conflict resolution

Cost: $45 for CA Members and $80 for non-members
Presenter: This PD is being presented by Kristy Howarth QLD’s Supervision Coordinator. Kristy runs her own practice attached to Country Hope Church. She has a number of varied therapists employed through her practice.
Kristy leads our supervision arm in QLD/ NT connecting chaplains with an appropriate supervisor. She is a highly experienced Counsellor, Supervisor, Pastor and Educator
