A qualified Professional Supervisor, Social Worker and Christian Counsellor, Alison has over 25 years experience in ministry, leadership, counselling and community engagement across church, community, health and education sectors.
She is passionate about supporting and strengthening the well-being, development and practice of those in front-line work with people – especially those in ministry, pastoral care, leadership, chaplaincy, education, therapeutic and allied health settings.
Her approach to reflective supervision practice is inclusive, strengths-based, trauma-informed, systemic, holistic, creative, warm and relational.
Alison provides both clinical and pastoral supervision either face to face in Dungog, NSW or via phone / online nationally.
