Grounded in trauma-informed, integrative, and person-centred practice, supervision fosters ethical integrity, professional confidence, and practitioner wellbeing. Sessions may include reflective practice, case formulation, ethical decision-making, professional identity development, nervous system regulation, and strategies to prevent burnout.
