I have over 30 years’ experience serving in local church ministry, including children’s and youth ministry, pastoral

care, and leadership positions. I also have had over 30 years’ experience as a Police Officer interacting with people from many walks of life.

I have a genuine desire to see ministry workers grow in their ability to serve in effective and healthy ways. My desire is that you would feel free to be yourself, to have a place where someone really listens to you and where you don’t feel judged.

I will encourage you to reflect not only on what you are doing, but also on who you are being and becoming along the way.

I completed the Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision (Pastoral) in 2022.
