Personal background
I draw on 20 years’ experience leading a Christian organisation working in the mental health and community sector supporting children, youth and families at risk of harm. My experience over the past 5 years managing and supporting Chaplains has given me a deep understanding of the socio-economic pressures and cultural diversity issues Chaplain’s face in their work. I currently supervise Pastors, Chaplains, Leaders and Pastoral Carers in the mental health sector. I hold a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision from Alphacrucis University.
