I come into the professional supervision space with many years of experience in the church health space, providing opportunities for clergy and lay church workers experiencing church conflict challenges to reflect on and develop their ministry practices. 

I completed the Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision (Pastoral) at St Marks in 2019 and I am interested in engaging with clergy and lay church workers who desire to reflect on and develop their ministry practices with a view to transforming their practice and enhancing their professional well-being.
