Over many years Chris has gained insight and experience in a broad range of ministry situations. She has a background in nursing and aged care, with experience in Supervision, Mentoring, Community Engagement, Pastoral Care and diverse cross-cultural settings. Chris is an ordained Baptist minister who has served as a sole, associate and lead pastor.

Her varied experience has given Chris an understanding of the importance of creating safe spaces where Chaplains, Pastors and other care professionals can talk openly about issues and experiences that impact and influence them, their work and those they minister to.
