With over 22 years of experience in pastoral ministry, Deb brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in supporting those in leadership and chaplaincy roles. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Professional Pastoral Supervision and has a diverse background spanning hospitality, mental health, community chaplaincy, coaching, community services, and counselling.
As both a pastor and chaplain, Deb serves across multiple platforms, offering professional supervision to pastors, leaders, chaplains, and community workers in both church and community-based settings. She is deeply committed to strengthening the well-being, professional development, and ministry practice of individuals from all denominations.
Deb’s approach provides a safe, reflective space where supervisees can explore personal and professional insights, empowering them to draw on their strengths and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and freedom.
