Dr Don Easton’s passion is to lift Christian leaders’ buoyancy and resilience, thereby enhancing our communities’ well-being, sustainability, and safety. 

His life experience and formal education have equipped him as a Well-being Mentor, Professional Supervisor and Consultant. He has forty-five years of ministry experience, including church planting and ordained ministry in traditional and pentecostal churches. 

He has been a Senior Minister for thirty years and served for ten years as a National Executive of C3 Church Australia. These roles position him to understand the complexities and pressures of ministry. 

Burnout in 2014 and subsequent recovery have equipped him to build resilience and aid revitalisation in others. Don is the author of Burnout and Beyond – the dangers of depletion and the path to health.
Don is the founder and CEO of Vervelead.com which develops and multiplies quality mentors.
