Eugene is a qualified professional supervisor (clinical and pastoral) and social worker, with additional studies in public administration and worship arts. He has four decades of experience in child protection and disability services, and 20 years as a supervisor. Eugene offers thoughtful, trauma-informed supervision to chaplains, ministry leaders, and professionals across the helping sectors. Whether face-to-face (Darling Downs) or online, his approach is theologically grounded, safe, and empowering. He is a member of the Australian Association of Supervision, ACSA, AASW, and the North American Association of Christians in Social Work.
