With over 40 years in Christian ministry, I have had the privilege of leading alongside my husband in a large regional church for a lot of those years serving pastors and leaders across a wide range of ministry contexts.

I hold a degree in Social Science and a graduate certificate in Professional Supervision, and I am an ordained minister with Australian Christian Churches. I currently head up pastoral care with Australian Christian Churches International, supporting missionaries and leaders serving globally.

As a wife, mother of three daughters and grandmother to seven grandchildren, I value authentic connection, healthy relationships and creating safe spaces where people feel heard, supported and strengthened.

After many years in ministry myself, I understand both the privilege and weight that leaderships can bring. My heart is to champion and support pastors and leaders so they can continue to lead, live and serve well for the long haul.
