Glenda Trist
Recognised Supervisor
As someone involved in pastoral ministry, you are involved in dynamic, rewarding work. It is also very demanding. Within the context of a safe and trusting supervisory relationship, the process of regular supervision offers space for growth, sustainability and energy. Supervision brings perspective on both your work and yourself within that context. I see supervision as creating space and intentional conversations that move us towards the integration of purpose, values, identity and faith.
My formal qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision(Pastoral), a Master of Counselling & Human Services, a Specialist Course in Couple Therapy (RA) and a Diploma of Christian Counselling. I have enjoyed many years of leadership in student, women’s & pastoral church-based ministries, counselling, secondary school chaplaincy, hospital pastoral care and clergy wives support. I have long held a deep call to ministry involving the care and growth of others and as a supervisor, I would be excited to partner with you. My business name is THOUGHTFUL Pastoral Supervision & Counselling
