Supervision is ‘the’ place where ‘individuals/groups can have fun, be their authentic self, discover new transformational insights about their work situation and themselves. My practice is creative, collaborative, supportive and reflective. Supervision cares about ‘who you are’ and ‘what you do’ and what you ‘choose to explore’ will be treated with respect. I bring experience from Corporate and Luxury Sales, 17 years as Chaplain to sports communities, LGBTIQ, industry, health sector, more than 35 years Church leadership, pastoral care, children’s church. I gained lived experiential insight how a person’s work-role can induce positive and negative feelings, attitudes, questions, ‘being alone and unsupported’ or ‘be recognised and acclaimed’.
