Javier is a passionate individual with an empathetic heart, especially for those needing help. He is passionate about impacting people’s lives so they can reach their full potential.  Javier has been a chaplain in aged care facilities and hospitals since 2013 and is an experienced supervisor, chaplain, church leader, first responder, university lecturer, school teacher, corporate trainer, and mentor. He has business management experience across multiple countries and cultures.

Javier has a wealth of knowledge in church ministry, understanding people and cultures, mental health, AOD, and corporate and government business.  Javier has a Master of Arts (Chap) and is completing his second Masters degree in counselling and psychotherapy. He has a Graduate Certificate in Clinical/Pastoral Supervision and numerous other industry credentials.  Javier is a registered supervisor with AAOS and Chaplaincy Australia. Javier is a member and Supervisor with the NSW College of Clinical Pastoral Education, a member of PACFA and the ACA, a senior member of the Australian Computer Society (MACS Snr), and a Justice of the Peace.
