IJodi Crain is a Professional Pastoral Supervisor who works alongside clergy, ministry leaders, chaplains, and those in helping professions as they navigate the opportunities and challenges of vocational leadership. She understands the unique demands of caring for others and offers supervision as a reflective space to pause, gain perspective, and sustain healthy leadership over the long term.

With more than 20 years of experience across ministry, education, chaplaincy, leadership development, and cross-cultural mission, Jodi brings both theological depth and practical wisdom to her supervision practice. She holds a Bachelor of Theology and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Pastoral Supervision. Her approach is relational, reflective, and informed by systems thinking, vocational resilience, spiritual formation, and leadership development.

Jodi provides a safe and supportive environment where supervisees can explore the emotional, spiritual, and relational dimensions of their work. Through thoughtful reflection and collaborative conversation, she helps leaders deepen self-awareness, clarify next steps, strengthen resilience, and lead with integrity, purpose, and sustainability.

Jodi meets with clients in person in Sydney (across two locations on either the Northern Beaches or Parramatta/Greater Western Sydney region) or online (across Australia and internationally).
