Jody Kubo

Recognised Supervisor

Jody works with pastors and leaders across diverse ministry settings, with particular experience supporting those from multicultural and non-Western backgrounds who often carry complex ministry responsibilities. He understands the unique challenges leaders face across languages, cultures, and expectations, and offers supervision that is respectful, culturally grounded, and confidential.

With over 35 years of experience in multiethnic ministry, serving East and Southeast Asian, South Asian, and other cross-cultural communities, Jody brings a calm, steady presence. He speaks conversational Japanese and is attentive to honour, authority, and cultural nuance.
