From experience, Karine understands the privilege of serving in full-time ministry as well as the challenges that come with it. Karine has over 15 years of ministry experience, in Australia and in cross-cultural missions (both in South America and in a global role).

Karine is an accredited Supervisor with Chaplaincy Australia and the Australasian Association of Supervisors (AAOS).

Passionate to see people flourish, Karine loves to journey alongside ministry workers to support sustainable and healthy ministry practice. She values supervision for the safe space it creates for ongoing reflective learning, support and growth of the ministry worker.
Karine holds a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision, mentoring and coaching experience, a Graduate Diploma of Divinity, a Master of Social Development and is fluent in Spanish.
