After many years of working in ministry (including pastoral work) and as a professional coach, I now run “Kingdom Leaders (www.kingdomleaders.com.au) where I offer coaching, mentoring and pastoral supervision.

I am especially passionate about assisting Christian leaders who are feeling burnt out or disillusioned through a process I call “re-envisioning”. My style is both empathetic and action oriented. I inspire others to not just survive change and pressure, but to embrace it as an opportunity to be released into their true,

God-given potential and passions, and to learn new ways of balancing life, family and work/ministry. I easily relate to people from diverse backgrounds, having lived in various parts of globe, and worked within corporate, small business, not-for-profit, churches and government sectors. My professional background is in both Learning and Organisational Development, and Business Management, having held Senior Executive roles in both, and started 3 businesses of my own.

Having overcome my own life complexities and faith hurdles such as grief, hope-deferred, recovery from illness, and redundancies, I can offer others both compassion and inspiration.

My qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Bible & Missions, Masters in Adult Education, Diploma Management and a Diploma in Coaching. I am also due to complete my Grad Cert in Professional Supervision (Pastoral Stream) in 2022.
