My approach to supervision is to create a warm, safe, and professional environment in which supervisees can explore their work context and be nurtured in their ministry role. Together we attend to the normative, formative, and restorative tasks of supervision in ways that are creative and respect preferred learning styles. 

I am strongly influenced by models of supervision that invite a collaborative response to the theological, social, ethical, and interpersonal dynamics of any ministry situation. My qualifications and experience are diverse, offering wide-ranging perspectives on contemporary issues affecting contemporary ministry practice. I maintain a passion for life-long learning, a vibrant life, and commitment to my own professional supervision in my various ministry roles. Over the last 10 years, I have ministered in congregational ministry, aged care pastoral practice, and chaplaincy in both school and tertiary contexts.
