Lawrence Prasad brings a rich depth of ministry, leadership, and creative insight to his role as a Professional Pastoral Supervisor with Heart Keys. 

Alongside his supervision work, he is also an author with a passion for helping people engage more deeply with healing, growth, and spiritual formation.
He is committed to walking alongside people in ways that are safe, reflective, and supportive, helping supervisees engage meaningfully in the process of pastoral supervision. 

With experience across church, ministry, and community settings, Lawrence has served in a variety of leadership and support roles, including mentoring young adults, leading healing and prayer ministries, contributing to boards and not-for-profit organisations, and offering itinerant preaching and seminars.
Grounded in a broad Christian spiritual heritage shaped by Catholic, charismatic, and ecumenical influences, Lawrence brings both depth and openness to his work. This enables him to support people from a wide range of church traditions and ministry contexts.

Alongside his ministry experience, he also brings over a decade of expertise in event management and marketing within corporate settings, giving him a strong understanding of leadership, organisational life, and the pressures faced by those in ministry and service roles. He holds a Master of Spirituality and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision.
