Lee is a recognised supervisor with the Australasian Association of Supervision (AAOS), an ACC Pastor, professional supervisor, coach, mentor, chaplain, and educator. She is passionate about seeing pastors, pastoral carers, and chaplains equipped and flourishing long-term in ministry.
Lee brings 30 years’ experience as a pastor in diverse leadership roles within a large regional church. She spent five years at Alphacrucis College overseeing the national training of chaplains, before moving back into church leadership.
In addition to her church role, she volunteers in chaplaincy work with the DRCN, serves on the Chaplaincy Australia NSW State Leadership Team, and is studying counselling part time.
Lee offers an empathic and confidential space for transformational learning — available nationally via Zoom, or face to face on the Central Coast of NSW.
