My heart is to support those who lead and care for others so that they can fulfil their God-given calling. The call to ministry can be rewarding but also demanding. Regular supervision keeps us focussed, healthy and sustained for the journey.
My background is in the non-profit sector supporting individuals, couples and families. I now balance my time between private practice (counselling and supervision) and pastoral care in church life. I appreciate the complexities of a role that includes pastoral care and counselling.
Together with my husband, I’ve been involved in church leadership for the past four decades. I understand the pressures that ministry can bring to our closest relationships. I am experienced and trained in relationship counselling and pastoral supervision.
My formal qualifications include: Theology, Human Services, Counselling, Professional Supervision (Clinical), (Pastoral). I am also an ordained minister with ACC.
