Paul Pickering
Recognised Supervisor
Paul is a Recognised Supervisor with Chaplaincy Australia and a Supervisor-Trainer (AAOS).
He is Lecturer in Chaplaincy and Spiritual Care at Morling College and Practicum Coordinator for the Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision. Previous to this, Paul developed extensive Chaplaincy; Chaplaincy Supervision and training experience of over 16 years for a leading aged care provider in Dementia and Palliative Care.
Paul brings into his Pastoral Supervision diverse skills from his careers in Nursing, Pastoral Ministry, Chaplaincy, Counselling and Pastoral Supervision and draws on these in his work building mutual trust, confidential support, and reflection upon practice for Chaplains and Pastoral Carers.
