Raelle Harland

Supervision Intern

With over two decades of experience in education and ministry, first as a teacher then a pastor and more specifically including seven years as a Senior Pastor and a few years as an education-sector chaplain, I bring insight into the unique challenges faced by pastors, leaders, chaplains, and educators.

I’d love to journey with you as you reflect on your work in a confidential, supportive space to help fine-tune the balance between soul, role, and life; a healthy rhythm for life. Aiming to strengthen your leadership, ensure your effectiveness and well-being, not only survive but thrive.

Because the people you serve deserve your best—and so do you.
