Rebekah has a rich background in pastoral ministry, including extensive experience in church planting, leading youth groups, and other leadership roles. 

She also brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience from the insurance sector, which equips her with a unique perspective to guide ministry leaders in serving their communities while maintaining their own well-being.

Rebekah is passionate about helping those who care for others to thrive in their service, believing that supervision plays a crucial role in this mission. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision from the University of Divinity and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from Deakin University.
