For the past 20 years, Sarina has cultivated the leadership potential and fostered the growth of individuals and teams across diverse sectors, including churches and non-profits, through leadership development, training, facilitation, and mentoring.
Leveraging her background in education and a postgraduate diploma in Spiritual Direction, Sarina offers a unique approach to mentoring. She combines her understanding of how people learn and grow with the added dimension of spiritual insight.
A certified ICF life coach and Enneagram practitioner, Sarina empowers people to develop self-awareness, strengthen their relationships, and implement transformational habits that enable them to grow into their God given potential.
Outside of her professional life, Sarina enjoys life on the sunny NSW south coast of Australia, with her husband Ryan and their three children.
