Trevor Wight brings over 30 years’ experience in social welfare and pastoral care. After two decades in child, youth, and family services, he led community services and pastoral care at Dural Baptist for 10 years. He later held chaplaincy roles with BaptistCare and served as Associate Dean for Chaplaincy and Spiritual Care at Morling College, continuing as an adjunct lecturer. Currently Head of Pastoral Care for HammondCare Home Care, Trevor oversees chaplaincy provision and champions professional supervision. With qualifications in Social Work, Theology, Management, and Professional Supervision, he equips supervisees to reflect critically and apply insights to their practice.
