Wayne Crouch

Recognised Supervisor

I’m Wayne Crouch, Senior Chaplain (Queensland) with Mission Australia. I bring experience from corporate
management, social services and many years in pastoral ministry, serving as a church pastor and as a campus
chaplain in aged care and social housing settings.
I’m deeply passionate about companioning and mentoring others, walking alongside people through seasons of
struggle and flourishing, and supporting them in their vocation, life, and faith journey.
In supervision, I offer a calm, reflective, and pastorally safe space to process complexity, strengthen boundaries,
attend to wellbeing, and grow in clarity and resilience.
My training and qualifications spans management and leadership, pastoral counselling, chaplaincy, professional
supervision, and spiritual direction.
I’m based north of Brisbane and meet in person or online.
